How to Use & Playback Guidance

This page explains how to use ESR Healing Waves safely, comfortably, and effectively.

These guidelines apply to all public ESR sample waves unless otherwise noted.

🔊 How to Use ESR Healing Waves

    1. Choose the wave that fits your moment
Each wave is labeled by when to use it (before, during, or after).

You do not need to use all waves — one is enough.

    2. Get comfortable
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
No special posture or breathing technique is required.

    3. Set volume low
Volume should be just above silence.
If you notice sharpness, pressure, or alertness, lower the volume.

    4. Listen once per session
Most ESR waves are 1–3 minutes long.
More is not better — these are designed to be subtle.

    5. Let the sound do the work
There is nothing to focus on, visualize, or “do.”
You can scroll, rest, or simply listen.
